Hello, I am Luke David and my aim is to show you how hypnotherapy can help you to make your life awesome and effect positive change. I practice what I preach, and have used hypnotherapy in my own life with great success. What’s more, I practice cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, which is largely evidence based and therefore the techniques I use in clinical practice are backed by empirical research.
Hypnotherapy can be used for a number of conditions, such as:
- stopping smoking
- weight management
- sports performance
- anxiety
- self-esteem
- confidence
